Connection not established with computer due to drive not mapped.
Cause:
The computer was not properly connected to the network resource(s).
Solution:
Map unused drive designations to frequently used network drives.
1) Right-click the 'Network Neighborhood' icon on the Windows desktop. (A pop-up menu appears.)
2) Do one of the following:
a) Double-click the network server icon.
b) If the network server is not visible, double-click the 'Entire Network' icon, and then double-click the server.
3) Right-click the Windows drive or NetWare volume to be mapped. (A pop-up menu appears.)
4) Select 'Map Network Drive' from the pop-up menu. (A window for mapping a network drive appears.)
5) Select the 'Drive' menu and select the drive letter to be mapped.
6) Select the 'Reconnect at Startup' check box. (This will maintain the mapping when the computer is rebooted.)
7) Click 'OK'.
